Located alongside the Hedgeley Dene Gardens, this project restored an existing Art Deco house, while a new double height addition culminates in the expansive view of the adjacent gardens.

While the language of simple geometries and pitched roof planes references the existing home, a series of frameworks that extend past the new facade, frame the view, bringing the landscape into the interior.
