This unique clifftop site is defined by ocean views in one direction and varied landscape views in the other.
Vertical planes direct energy from the front to the rear of the site, providing channelled views and places of protection, while horizontal planes for the floor and roof allow the main building program to hover over the landscape.
The material palette is born from the site and its surrounds, the green tones of the concrete referencing the immediate site context.
