The intent of this project is to restore the original existing heritage structure, while adding contemporary elements to create a new spatial narrative.

The focus is to create a synergy between old and new, the constant transition between the two to be subtle and calm, and not one of harsh contrast.

The result is a seamless sense of place, and creates a holistic language between both building fabrics.
